Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

* Cairon is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. At Cairon we offer an easy refund and new way of faster and simpler exchange policy.

* If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or it is not received in good condition or is damaged or defective or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may not accept the delivery or return the merchandise and get a refund.

* You can WhatsApp Us at +91-­8448557103 or call our Customer Care at +91-­8448557103 or mail us at and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us.

* Please note that the merchandise should be in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice.

* If your pin code is not covered by any of our return pickup services partner, you would need to self- ship the return item. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed maximum of INR 100 towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your return being recevied, inspected & approved upon receipt by us.

* Our logistics team would organize the pickup asap. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team. On pickup, you will be receiving a physical receipt or notified via SMS, WhatsApp or Email with the tracking number of your returns consignment. Please retain this till we confirm receipt of your consignment.

* In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update us with the tracking details over the email ( so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.

* Any returns through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice , which is shipped along with the products. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.

* If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91-­8448557103 or e-­mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

* Any loyalty points accumulated at the time of purchase will be reversed if such merchandise, on which points were earned, is returned. If the merchandise is exchanged with any other products, the loyalty points will be adjusted as per the price of the product.

* In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item (if any), if we are unable to exchange or replace the item due to availibilty of stock in the same article.

* Any refund against a return request made to Cairon customer support shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse.

* After the merchandise is received by us, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive your returns at our Returns Processing facility.

* Refunds of payments charged shall be processed asap and will be done in the manner you have made the payment. Please allow max up to 7 working days for the refund credit to reflect in your bank/card account. Actual timelines vary bank to bank but typically it reflects sooner. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays made by the issuing bank to credit the same into your account.

* ZERO RISK RETURN - You can return any product (non sale or on sale) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

* NEW WAY OF EXCHANGE - To avoid confusion of same order number with multiple tracking numbers & etc., we technically don't exchange. Rather, we accept return and give you the refund for your first order. Meanwhile, you can place another new order of the desired product/size. It's simpler and faster for both you and us.

For Non Sale Products - The full product price, including taxes, will be refunded to you.
For On Sale Products - The full product price, including taxes, will be refunded after deducting the reverse pickup charges (as per actuals).

* Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in cases of both pickup and self-­shipping
