You can return any product (non sale or on sale) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
NO EXCHANGE
To avoid confusion of same order number with multiple tracking numbers & etc., we technically don't exchange.
Rather, we accept return and give you the refund for your order.
Meanwhile, you can place another new order of the desired product/size. It's simpler and faster for both you and us.
REFUND
For Non Sale Products
The full product price, including taxes, will be refunded to you.
For On Sale Products
The full product price, including taxes, will be refunded after deducting the reverse pickup charges (as per actuals).
ELIGIBILITY
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and the original tags and packaging.
PROCESS
To initiate a return, create a request in Order Details tab or call us or email us with your return details.
TIME
Our team inspects all returned products and then process the refund asap.
Please allow max up to 7 working days for the refund credit to reflect in your bank/card account.
Actual timelines vary bank to bank but typically it reflects sooner.
